Problems: too much clutter, not clean, beds are unmade, not age appropriate whatever

Solutions: The walls would be their favorite color.  Each room would be age appropriate, toys for little kids, desks and computers and a work space for older kids.  Each room would have a nice dresser where they can put their stuff on top of and closet for some of their clothes and other things.  They would make their beds everyday and have most of their things either put away or somehow organized so they know where everything is.
