Problems: dirty, full of stuff, poorly organized, too small,

Solutions:

            -there should be enough space in the garage for the amount of drivers you have in your family (4 people, at least enough space for 4 cars)

            -the floors of the garage should be heated so that in the winter, your car stays warmer

            -there should be shelves and closets lining the walls for storage space

            -there should be a big closet for all athletic equipment, organized by season, then size

            -if there’s too much stuff, your garage should have a computer system cataloging where everything is and how often it’s used so that you can decide for yourself what you need/don’t need.

            -the closets should be organized by season (for outdoor stuff): what you will need for the winter season (salt, shovels, car scrapers) leaf blower and paper bags for fall, flower maintaining sprays for the spring and summer and early fall,

            -tools in one closet, miscellaneous stuff in another

            -kids equipment in another closet
