o      Seek pleasure first, then spread

·      Importance of Gratitude v Elation

·      Pleasure, but pleasure with virtue

·      Gem analogy. If it is pleasing to the eye, does it matter if it is real?

·      Material Superficiality is condemned

·      Sentimentality toward fellow creatures (Dogfighting)- Lack of emotions even though they claim to value humanity's beauty
